Join the friday prayer meeting!
Hey all! I'm sure all of you have heard about Friday Prayer Meetings for YPM yes? These few weeks, prayer min has spent a meeting each to pray for every cell group in YPM. Next friday, which is the 9th March 07, the spotlight will be on group Daniel! They have asked us for our prayer pointers, and also for representatives to join them in prayer as we ask for God's blessing upon our delightful danielitez.
We highly encourage everyone who can make it to pop down and support the group in prayer. It takes place from 7.30 to 9.30pm. :)

This are the prayer pointers that we have submitted for the meeting for your reference so that we can all start praying already!
1) To see members not conforming to the standards and desires of the world. That members be influencers and not the influenced.
That their lives will be totally committed to God and that they will place God as their no. 1 priority in life and look to Him for decisions and answers.
2) A closer relationship to God
· Prayer: Commit everything to God in conversational prayer
· Word: Hunger for the Word, Also an increased belief in the power of the word.
3) Closer relationship with each other
· That members will take the initiative to love each other
· Speak edifying and encouraging words
4) That members will begin to discover their God-given gifts and abilities and find suitable avenues to use them. That the leaders will know how to nurture and help them out.
5) That God will continue to bless the core
· Have wisdom, dilligence and love to lead the group
· That they will not neglect their own spiritual lives but instead God will build them up and draw them closer to Him
· That they will manage their time well and do well in all areas of their life (school, work, etc.)
